Our Story

Warehouse 727 began in July 2007. After helping start a new church a year before, a group of friends wanted something more in a church family.  A few friends decided to rent a community center for a Saturday night Bible study.  Pastor Jeff Iskra received a phone call inviting him to the study and then was told, "By the way, you're the teacher!"  That night 150 friends showed up - the community center was too small!

The next weekend they had a new meeting place and a new name for this new church family.  Pastor Jeff Iskra was the teaching pastor and Pastor Bobby Kraus lead the music.  This was the begining of Warehouse 727.

Warehouse 727 is a gathering of people who do not pretend to be perfect.  We understand that our salvation is a process where God continues to work in our lives, changing us, more and more into his sacred image.
Real...

Everyone is welcome as they are - they will be accepted and loved.  No phony faces needed here.  God wants us to be real as we follow on our journey of discovering more about God.  Our hope is that they will understand and experience God's offer of life-change!
Relational...

We have discovered that life is "all about relationships."  At the end of a person's life, they don't ask for their stock portfolio to be brought to them - they want to be with their family and friends!  Part of being a church family is connecting to each other for fun, encouragement, and support.  We love to be together!

Our passion is share the truth of Christ using everyday words, music and art that matches today's style, and in very practical actions.  This is the way Jesus interacted with his culture and is our desire as well.
